Refund policy

At Fantastic Reef, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality corals and marine life. We stand behind our livestock with a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG), provided the following conditions are met:

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive when shipped via our approved shipping methods.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Claims
In the rare event that livestock arrives dead, you must:
1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking timestamp)
Email us at [your email] with your order number
2. Provide clear photos of the livestock:
Inside the original, unopened bag
Outside of the bag (on a white background)
Submit a full tank photo (if applicable)

Failure to contact us within the 2-hour window will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Refunds / Credits
Approved DOA claims will receive a store credit (preferred) or refund at our discretion
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Credits must be used within [insert timeframe, e.g., 60 days]

No Returns on Live Animals
Due to the sensitive nature of live marine livestock we do not accept returns or exchanges once the animals have been received alive. We are not responsible for losses after livestock has been placed in your aquarium

Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from Fantastic Reef, you agree that:You are experienced in proper acclimation and care of marine livestock. Your aquarium parameters are stable and suitable. Delays caused by the carrier, missed deliveries, or incorrect shipping information void the guarantee

Weather & Shipping Delays
We reserve the right to delay shipment due to unsafe weather conditions
Guarantees are void if delivery is delayed by the carrier beyond our control
