What is the return policy?
At Fantastic Reef, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality corals and marine life. We stand behind our livestock with a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG), provided the following conditions are met:

All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive when shipped via our approved shipping methods.
What should I do if my order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival)?
In the rare event this happens, you must:
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking timestamp)
- Email us at Sales@fantasticreef.com with your order number
- Provide clear photos of: The livestock inside the original, unopened bag. The livestock outside the bag on a white background
- Include a full tank photo (if applicable)
Failure to report within the 2-hour window will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
