What is the return policy?
At Fantastic Reef, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality corals and marine life. We stand behind our livestock with a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG), provided the following conditions are met:

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive when shipped via our approved shipping methods.
What should I do if my order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival)?

In the rare event this happens, you must:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking timestamp)
  • Email us at Sales@fantasticreef.com with your order number
  • Provide clear photos of: The livestock inside the original, unopened bag. The livestock outside the bag on a white background
  • Include a full tank photo (if applicable)


Failure to report within the 2-hour window will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

When will I get my order?

All orders are by appointment only. Please call or email to schedule your pick up.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Claims
In the rare event that livestock arrives dead, you must:
1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking timestamp)
Email us at [your email] with your order number
2. Provide clear photos of the livestock:
Inside the original, unopened bag
Outside of the bag (on a white background)
Submit a full tank photo (if applicable)

Failure to contact us within the 2-hour window will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
